RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where they are defective or not as described, and the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalized items in accordance with EU law. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that cannot be fulfilled or contains inappropriate content.
